The State of Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology is executing an emergency sole‑source lease for additional data‑center space and capacity at its Alternate Data Center to preserve disaster‑recovery capability. Because the existing facility is at maximum capacity and the alternate site cannot be built in the required time frame, the agency will lease space from DataBank Holdings (formerly zColo) on an immediate basis.
