The Cherokee Nation Housing Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to fully rehabilitate a single‑family home (Unit 13513) in Cherokee County, Oklahoma. The scope encompasses complete interior and exterior renovation, including replacement of appliances, carpentry work, concrete repairs, drywall installation, electrical upgrades, new flooring, HVAC system replacement, painting, plumbing upgrades, sheet‑metal work, and gutter installation. All work must be performed within 45 working days from notice to proceed, and the home contains asbestos‑containing material (popcorn ceiling) requiring safe‑work practices per the attached ACM report.
