The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking a contractor to repair the BWDS-90 antenna for the Georgia Emergency Management Agency. The contractor will be required to provide firm-fixed pricing for the services specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Government requests pricing for the services listed in the SOW to be in effect for thirty (30) days after the date of the RFQ response. The technical approach should not include prices, and the price breakdown should be provided as a separate document. The evaluation criteria include technical approach, past performance, and price.
• The contractor must describe their technical methodologies, techniques, processes, plans, and other information for accomplishing SOW technical requirements.
• The contractor must provide past performance information for services directly related and relevant to the services to be performed under the SOW.
• The contractor's quoted price must provide a cost breakdown to show labor, travel, material costs, and other direct costs to show how the final firm fixed price amount was calculated.
