Appraisal Continuing Professional Services Contrac

Palm Beach County is seeking five certified professional firms to provide appraisal and appraisal review services for right-of-way acquisition. The selected firms will be required to provide a range of services, including property appraisals, appraisal updates, expert witness services, and litigation services. The contract will be awarded on an annual basis, and the selected firms will be expected to execute the County's standard contract for consulting/professional services. The proposal submittal deadline is May 5, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. • The contract requires the selected firms to provide services on an as-needed basis. • The firms must meet the minimum requirements stated in the Notice. • The firms must provide a narrative that includes discussion of their preparation for Eminent Domain and their resources or experts to be utilized. • The firms must provide a sample scenario addressed in the attached Appraiser Qualification Questionnaire. • The firms must identify other issues related to the project that may not be specifically mentioned.
