Amendment - Purchase and Installation of Crane Tires, Bridgestone 20.5R25 E-3 VJT class 1A

The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking a vendor to provide and install crane tires, specifically Bridgestone 20.5R25 E-3 VJT class 1A or equal, at the Naval Base San Diego. The vendor will be required to provide labor to remove and install the new tires, including new O-Rings and new Valve Stem, and dispose of old tires per California state regulations. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Key characteristics of the tires include high-speed performance, heat resistance, non-directional tread pattern, and casing durability. • The vendor must provide tires that meet the specified technical specifications, including overall diameter, section width, tread depth, load index, and max load. • The vendor must provide labor to remove and install the new tires, including new O-Rings and new Valve Stem. • The vendor must dispose of old tires per California state regulations. • The contract will be awarded based on the lowest evaluated price. • The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be eligible for award.
