SVC-HERALDCTLEAK/0908 - Identify & Repair Leaks at the Herald Court Centre Parking Garage

The City of Punta Gorda is seeking a licensed and qualified contractor to inspect the Herald Court Centre Parking Garage, diagnose all active leak points, present a solution to the city, and repair all leaks. The contractor will be responsible for performing the services and/or furnishing the commodities and materials as indicated in the Solicitation Package. • The contractor must attend one of the scheduled site visits. • The contractor must submit a submittal package that includes all required City forms. • The contractor must comply with the City's drug-free workplace program. • The contractor must utilize the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify system to confirm the employment eligibility of employees and subcontractors.
