Eaton UPS Units Maintenance

The United States Naval Observatory is seeking a qualified Eaton UPS provider for maintenance of four Eaton Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units that provide backup power. The contract includes biannual preventive maintenance, rapid break/fix response, two full battery replacements, and two full capacitor replacements over the course of the contract. The contractor must provide OEM or brand-name-or-equal components and ensure they meet the required specifications. The contract has a base period of 12 months with four option periods, and the place of performance is the Naval Observatory in Washington D.C. • The UPS units are slated for replacement, and some line items may not be executed after replacement. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award. • The Government may evaluate any and all information submitted by the quoter to support the reasonableness of the cost/prices quoted. • The contract includes various clauses related to labor standards, employment eligibility verification, and security prohibitions and exclusions.
