The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction – Division 3 is seeking a qualified lessor to provide approximately 3,419 net usable square feet of office space within a 10‑mile radius of 760 Park Centre Drive, Forsyth County. The lease must commence by April 1 2027, have an initial term of five (5) years with two optional five‑year renewal periods, and include a full suite of services and specifications such as HVAC, electrical, telecommunications, ADA‑compliant restrooms, parking, janitorial services (optional), and security systems. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the NC eProcurement Vendor Portal by 4:00 PM ET on October 30 2026. The State will evaluate proposals on rent per square foot, inclusion of utilities/janitorial services, compliance with building codes, and the proposer’s ability to meet the detailed space‑fit‑out requirements.
