NOTICE OF WAIVER OF COMPETITIVE BIDDING

The Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Utility Commission is considering a waiver of competitive bidding for the purchase and installation of GPS equipment. The contract will be awarded to Jobsite Technologies, Inc., which has agreed to extend the same or more favorable prices and terms set forth in its contract with the City of High Point. The scope of work includes the purchase and installation of GPS equipment.
