Vacuum Cubes and Fittings

The Fermi Forward Discovery Group (FFDG) is seeking a vendor to supply Vacuum Cubes and Vacuum Fittings. The solicitation is for a firm-fixed-price contract, and the government intends to award a single purchase order to the offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements and is most advantageous to the government. The contract will be for a commercial product, and the offeror must provide a completed price quote, a completed SARC (Subcontractor Annual Reps & Certs), and a completed PUR-466 (Proposal Certifications) form. The offeror must also certify that they have not provided, attempted to provide, offered to provide, solicited, accepted, or attempted to accept any kickback.
