Notice is hereby given that the City of Buffalo Department of Public Works (DPW) Division of Engineering is issuing a Request for Proposals for Professional Services for Group 1139. The New York State Department of State awarded the City of Buffalo funding through the State's Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) to design and undertake intersection improvements along Tonawanda Street near Riverside Park. This project includes professional services (design) to improve walkability at four intersections along Tonawanda Street.
