The County of Missoula is soliciting a fixed‑price construction contract to replace two existing mobile restroom units with two permanent, pre‑manufactured restroom/shower buildings at the TSOS site (1975 West Broadway, Missoula, MT). The contractor must demolish existing structures, prepare the site, install new concrete foundations, connect utilities (water, sewer, electrical, gas), and complete full interior and exterior finishes, including accessibility upgrades and temporary restroom provision for the crew. The scope also includes a one‑year workmanship warranty and compliance with Montana prevailing‑wage and residency requirements.
