Clinical Pharmaceutical Products - Term Contract

The Louisiana State University and Agricultural & Mechanical College is seeking bids for a term contract to provide clinical pharmaceutical products, specifically Zepbound and Mounjaro, manufactured by Eli Lilly. The contract will be for a period of time beginning on the date of award and ending on December 31, 2026, with options for renewal. The supplier must provide the products at established prices, terms, and conditions, and must adhere to all federal and state regulations for supplying prescription medications. The supplier must also provide a statement confirming adherence to the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) and must maintain temperatures between 36°F to 46°F (2°C to 8°C) during transportation. • The products must be FDA approved and must be packaged with four single-dose pens per carton. • The supplier must provide a contact and phone number for handling problems or discrepancies with orders. • Invoices must be submitted monthly and must include PBRC-specific account information, date of invoice, full product description, and bid price. • The supplier must supply any order requirements at the bid/contract prices, whether the total of such requirements is more or less than the estimated quantities shown.
