Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to provide Regional Weather Records Center services for the Western Region. The contractor will be responsible for providing products and services to address regional weather records needs and issues, leveraging NOAA's capabilities and expertise to transform satellite, in situ, radar, and paleoclimate data into regionally-tailored products and services. The contract will be a single-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a period of performance from September 17, 2026, to September 16, 2031. The contractor will be required to provide a range of services, including regional engagement and user needs identification, needs prioritization and product provision, transitioning tools and products to sustained operational states, and sustaining activities supporting the provision of products and services.
• The contractor will be required to provide monthly billing based on the total negotiated fixed-price payment.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the required services.
• The contract will include a range of deliverables, including reports, data products, and other materials.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and NOAA policies.
• The contractor will be expected to work closely with NOAA personnel and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the required services.
