Bid NO. 26-06 Palm Street 2MG Hydropillar Rehabilitation

The City of Huntsville is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the rehabilitation of a Two Million Gallon (2MG) hydropillar rehabilitation. The project includes surface preparation and coating and lining of the interior and exterior surfaces of a potable water storage tank. The contractor will be required to submit a quality control/quality assurance plan and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The project must be completed within 90 days from the date of award. • The contractor must provide all necessary manpower, supervision, materials, application, inspection, equipment, dehumidification, and ventilation to successfully and safely complete the job requirements. • The contractor must comply with all rules and requirements of the TCEQ and maintain a suitable financial status to meet obligations incident to the work. • The contractor must provide a bid bond made payable to the City of Huntsville, Texas in an amount of 10% of the bid submitted. • The contractor must submit a payment bond for the full amount of the award from a certified State of Texas surety company. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to the protection of the environment for all phases of work described herein.
