Description
The Coweta County School System is requesting sealed proposals from General Contractors to reroof East Coweta Middle School. The project includes the construction of a new roof for the school. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on February 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The proposals will be opened by the Review Committee and scored as outlined in the Instructions to Proposers.
• The proposal forms and construction documents can be examined at Southern A & E's office or online plan service.
• The bid bond in the amount of five percent of the base bid is required.
• Performance and payment bonds in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract sum will be required prior to commencement of construction.
• The Owner reserves the right to waive technicalities and irregularities and to reject any or all proposals.
