BID NOTICE: 2026 LEAD SERVICE IDENTIFICATION

The City of Minot is seeking bids for the 2026 Lead Service Identification project, which involves identifying the material of approximately 2,180 service lines via hydro-excavation. The project is expected to be funded by the Drinking Water and/or Clean Water State Revolving Fund program. Bidders must comply with various requirements, including American Iron and Steel requirements, Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements, and Title 40 CFR Part 33- Participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in the United States Environmental Protection Agency Programs.
