Description
The Indian Health Service is seeking to identify vendors capable of providing postage for mail meter machines at the Crow Service Unit, Lodge Grass Clinic, and Pryor Health Station. The selected vendor will be required to supply official USPS stamps in rolls, books, or sheets and provide timely delivery. The period of performance is from 07/01/2026 through 06/30/2027.
* The Crow Service Unit, Lodge Grass Clinic, and Pryor Health Station require mail delivery services for patient appointments, medicine, water tests, credentialing of doctors, and billing.
* The vendor must be able to supply postage for Pitney Bowes mail machines.
* The Indian Health Service plans to procure a supplier to replenish the postage for the mail meter machines.
