The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is seeking quotations for Video Teleconference (VTC) hardware maintenance services, including a base 12‑month period and up to four optional one‑year extensions. The contract will be firm‑fixed‑price, delivered to Virginia Beach, VA, and must include all shipping, freight, duties, and OEM authorization documentation. Offerors must be SAM‑registered and provide a Letter of Authorization from the OEM. Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
