The City of Palm Desert is seeking qualified firms or multidisciplinary teams to provide feasibility‑study expertise for a potential regional indoor sports, recreation, and entertainment complex on 18‑20 acres of former redevelopment land. The RFI gathers information on market demand, financial modeling, operational concepts, site‑specific analysis, public‑private partnership experience, and funding strategies to help the City decide whether to move forward with a formal procurement.
• Scope: market & demand analysis, financial feasibility, operational planning, economic impact, P3 structuring, funding strategy, implementation planning.
• Desired experience: prior feasibility studies for sports/entertainment facilities, P3 development, sports tourism, public‑sector consulting.
