Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Mechanical / HVAC Construction Work

The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is seeking industry information and interest for a Single-Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for construction projects, including repair, alterations, and renovation services, with major work in Mechanical/HVAC. The contract will have an estimated capacity of $250,000,000 with a one-year base period and nine one-year option periods. Interested firms should submit a capabilities package, including their qualifications and experience with performing mechanical projects of a similar nature. • The contract will include task orders for MEP/HVAC and other related work. • The initial task order is to be determined. • Possible task orders may include air handling and load modifications, recording studio ventilation, and building heating replacement. • Task orders may be concurrent or consecutive. • The contract will require the contractor to provide labor, material, equipment, incidentals, project management, supervision, quality control, transportation, insurances, taxes, coordination of tasks, and safety services.
