El Paso and Big Bend North Tactical Infrastructure (TI) Maintenance

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is acquiring contractor services to perform maintenance, repair, and improvement services for El Paso and Big Bend North assets in the El Paso Sector. The services include roads and bridges, fence and gates, vegetation control, debris removal, border lighting and electrical, drainage and grate systems, and tunnel remediation. The contract is a single award 5-year contract with two execution tiers: scheduled maintenance and unscheduled maintenance. The contractor will be required to perform work to preserve TI assets or equipment, restore existing assets, and enhance the mission and functional capabilities of assets. • The contract includes maintenance, repair, and improvement services for various assets. • The contractor will be required to perform work in the El Paso Sector, Texas. • The contract has two execution tiers: scheduled maintenance and unscheduled maintenance. • The contractor will be required to submit their phase one factor one experience submission by 15 July 2026 at 1700 ET.
