Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking bids for the replacement of the roof at the Eastern Kentucky Veterans Center. The project involves removing identified areas of moisture in the existing roof system and replacing them with like materials, removing all existing shingle roofing down to the wood roof deck, providing a 2-ply modified bitumen roofing membrane on a cover board over the existing roof system on all low-slope roof areas, and providing new flashings and pre-finished metal where required.
