The Houston County School District is seeking proposals for the replacement of Universal Power Supply (UPS) units with installation across the district. The proposed solution should include line interactive UPS models, lithium-ion batteries, and a minimum 5-year warranty. The vendor must supply equipment and perform installation. The district prefers APC Schneider Electric Smart-UPS models. The proposal should include a technical proposal, financial proposal, and all required documents. The evaluation criteria include eligible cost, proposed solution, business qualifications, and demonstrated E-Rate experience. • The proposal should include a detailed description of the proposed solution, company background and experience, and qualifications. • The vendor must provide a list of all clients for whom similar services have been provided during the past three years. • The proposal should include a completed and notarized Certificate Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility Form. • The vendor must submit a completed E-Rate Certification Form. • The proposal should include a completed Vendor Affidavit Form.
