The DeSoto County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a qualified firm to provide Managed IT Services. The selected firm will work with the County's IT Coordinator to provide a seamlessly integrated system of support, comprehensively managing infrastructure and network services. The scope of work includes server support, PC and laptop device support, security, proactive network management, and help desk support. The firm will be expected to support the County's IT infrastructure, which includes approximately 200 staff, a Microsoft environment, and various departments and locations. The firm will also be required to provide a proposed work plan for migrating to their organization for Managed IT Services and to describe their experience in providing server technology and service to their customers.
