Wilderness Leadership Expedition- USNA

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department is seeking a contractor to provide a Wilderness Leadership Expedition for the US Naval Academy. The expedition will be a 4-night, 5-day trip to the Olympic National Park, and will include transportation, food, and guides. The contractor will also provide adaptive leadership coaching sessions and a workshop on immunity to change. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order, and the government intends to award the contract to Reset Coaching, LLC. However, other vendors may submit quotes, which will be evaluated on the basis of price reasonableness. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing a 4-night, 5-day wilderness expedition to the Olympic National Park for 10 participants, including transportation, food, and guides. • Providing adaptive leadership coaching sessions and a workshop on immunity to change. • Ensuring that all aspects of the expedition, including route planning, reconnaissance, and emergency medical procedures, are handled by the guides. • Providing wilderness skills training to increase confidence and enjoyment of the natural environment.
