Third Party Review of EPA Data

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is seeking a third-party reviewer to validate Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) data. The reviewer will be responsible for reviewing approximately 250,000 individual test results and associated quality control checks to determine if any samples failed quality control measures. The reviewer will also provide weekly and final reports. The project aims to help the Colorado State Public Health Laboratory regain accreditation with the EPA. • The reviewer should have experience with environmental testing in a regulatory environment and familiarity with analytical instrumentation. • The reviewer should have a minimum of five years of experience reviewing test results using EPA chemistry methods. • The reviewer should provide a detailed narrative of their data review and validation process. • The reviewer should submit a budget narrative detailing all proposed costs. • The contract will be a fixed-price contract, and the CDPHE budget for this project is approximately $592,000.
