Description
The Jackson County School District is seeking bids for the construction of a building at East Central Upper Elementary School and a new Multipurpose Building at East Central Lower Elementary School. The project includes new classroom, administration, and multipurpose building additions, along with miscellaneous site improvements. Bidders will be required to provide bid security in the form of a bid bond or a certified check. The bid documents can be obtained from the plan room website of the Architect.
• The project requires a stipulated sum contract.
• The bid amount must be marked on the outside of the envelope with the contractor's Mississippi certificate of responsibility number.
• The bid must be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.
• The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
• The project is located at East Central Upper Elementary School and East Central Lower Elementary School in Moss Point, MS.
