Description
This solicitation calls for the replacement of two existing small bridge structures on Merrill Road in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania. The work includes demolition of existing corrugated‑metal‑pipe arches, installation of a precast concrete box culvert (Structure A) and a precast rigid‑frame bridge (Structure B), associated roadway improvements, rock lining, architectural surface treatment, driving‑surface aggregate, guide rail, and related utility and environmental mitigation. The contractor must meet Small‑Diverse‑Business (17 %) and Veteran‑Business‑Enterprise (3 %) participation goals, provide required permits, and complete the project within 365 calendar days.
