Point of Sale Replacement Project

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is seeking a replacement for its current Point of Sale (POS) system. The new system should be more robust and scalable to meet operational needs across physical sales outlets, the RTD web store, and back-office processing. The project includes the provision of POS software, hardware, and related services. The contractor will be responsible for developing a timeline, budgeting, planning, software development and customization, team training, scheduling, and production. • The project requires a detailed technical proposal, including a cover letter, technical proposal, and supplemental project information appendix. • The contractor should have previous experience in performing projects of similar nature and scope. • The contractor should be able to provide services, including developing a timeline, budgeting, planning, software development and customization, team training, scheduling, and production. • The contractor should have a demonstrated ability to perform under the contract. • The contractor should be able to provide a detailed cost proposal, including pricing for the base year and option years.
