Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide a guard booth for the Air Force Research Laboratory in Rome, NY. The booth must be 4' wide by 8' long by 8' height, with a steel frame, insulation, and a non-slip floor. It must also have a desk, anchor brackets, and a 125 Amp 6-space breaker panel. The contractor must provide a warranty for at least one year for structural defects. The booth will be used to provide shelter for security officers during high traffic installation entrances.
• The booth must be delivered by October 1st, 2026
• The booth must be tax exempt
• The booth must have a min. insulation rating of R28 for the walls and R42 for the roof
• The booth must have a non-ballistic rated tinted windows
• The booth must have ceiling mounted interior lighting with a wall switch
• The booth must have a min. of (1) quad outlet
• The booth must have a 125 Amp 6-space breaker panel
• The booth must have a min. of a 13,500 BTU roof-mounted AC unit
• The booth must have a min. of a 3000-watt wall-mounted heater
