Provision of SS4A Supplemental Planning and Demonstration Project

This solicitation seeks a qualified consulting firm to perform the planning phase of a Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) supplemental project in Gwinnett County, Georgia. The effort includes data acquisition and analysis, identification of safety‑treatment locations, NEPA evaluations, design of quick‑build countermeasures, procurement coordination, baseline and post‑installation data collection, and final reporting to meet DOT grant requirements.
