Maintenance shop renovation

The Omaha Housing Authority is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the renovation of a maintenance shop/warehouse facility. The scope of work includes demolition, new construction, and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The project requires coordination with the owner and other trades to ensure a successful completion. The contractor will be responsible for field verification of existing conditions and dimensions, and for adjusting to actual field conditions at no additional expense to the owner. The project is expected to start in November/December 2025 and last for 12 months.
