DOH - INDEPENDENT LABORATORY AIR MONITORING ANALYSIS - PORTSMOUTH GASEOUS DIFFUSION PLANT

The Ohio Department of Health is seeking an independent laboratory to perform air‑monitoring filter analysis for the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant. The contractor will receive filter samples on a weekly, monthly and quarterly schedule, conduct laboratory analyses, and deliver accurate results to the Department of Energy for inclusion in annual monitoring reports. The work requires a certified lab capable of handling hazardous air‑filter materials, performing quantitative analyses of contaminants, and providing timely, validated data. • Provide independent, third‑party analysis of air‑monitoring filters collected at the Portsmouth site. • Deliver results on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to meet DOE reporting requirements. • Ensure all analyses comply with federal and state environmental quality standards and documentation protocols.
