Description
The City of Springfield is seeking proposals for Public Works Design or Engineering services for the project entitled "Improvements to Jaime Ulloa Park", a Public Park in the City of Springfield, Massachusetts. The contract between the City and the Designer will include designer services through schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, award of constructions contract(s), construction administration, final closeout and warranty period of the potential Project. The total estimated construction cost is $350,000.00, including Design/Engineering fees.
• The project is for Horizontal (Public Works) Construction and will follow a MGL Ch. 30B RFP model procurement to an extent as determined by the City.
• There will be a site visit on October 22, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. at 22 Morgan Street, Springfield, MA 01107.
• Proposers must submit written questions no later than October 23, 2025, at 4:30 P.M. to [email protected].
• The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent (20%) minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts.
• All Proposals become the property of the City of Springfield, and the Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is in the best interest of the City to do so.
