Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, has a need for Refuse Services at its Melvern Lake Project Office in Melvern, Kansas. The contractor shall perform all services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall comply with all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes, and regulations pertaining to the provided services.
• The contractor shall provide all necessary management, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, parts, transportation, incidental materials, quality control, environmental protection, and must meet all safety requirements necessary to perform all services as defined in the Performance Work Statement.
• The contractor shall provide refuse collection and disposal services for a period of 1 April 2026 thru 30 September 2026, and optionally for subsequent periods.
• The contractor shall deliver all services to the Melvern Project Office, 31051 Melvern Lake Parkway, Melvern, KS 66510-9179, United States.
