The West Virginia Parkways Authority is seeking a qualified vendor to provide on‑call pumping, debris removal, and compliant disposal services for oil/water separators, wastewater treatment plants, septic tanks, and wash‑bay drains across multiple turnpike locations. Work must be performed within 24 hours of a service request, with detailed ticketing, invoicing, and hazardous‑material paperwork. The contract is a one‑year base term with the possibility of two one‑year extensions, requiring the vendor to maintain appropriate licensing, $2 M liability insurance, and registration with state purchasing systems.
