Description
The Municipal Court Judges are seeking a vendor to provide a refrigerator. The delivery procedures are as follows: all deliveries are to go through the Municipal Court loading dock, access to the loading dock is through the overhead, gated entrance on Fulton Street just east of South Front Street, trucks larger than 30 feet in length and 12 feet tall will not be able to use the loading dock, all delivery personnel and items being delivered are subject to screening by Court Security, delivery personnel are responsible for all off-loading of trucks or delivery vehicles, and delivery personnel must supply their own carts or dollies to transport the item(s).
• The Court requires advance notification of large quantities of deliveries.
• The vendor must comply with the Court's Workplace Safety and Security/Delivery Policy.
• The vendor must deliver the refrigerator to the specific location in the building.
