Renovate 1st Floor for Psychology Labs & Clinic - Farber Hall

The work of this single bid project includes a full gut interior renovation of an 11,500 GSF space in the Northwest corner of Farber Hall. The new space will host new office spaces, participant and control rooms, and other specialty lab spaces for the Psychology department. The interior renovations will include hazardous materials abatement, removal and reconfiguration of partitions and demising walls, removal and replacement of HVAC distribution equipment, a rooftop unit replacement on new dunnage, new lighting and lighting controls, and new finishes throughout. Plans will be available after December 23, 2025, through Avalon Document Services (716-995-7777 & www.avalonbuffplanroom.com/projects/public ). A project walk-through has been scheduled for January 13, 2026, at 11:00am, meeting at Farber Hall North Lobby.Please confirm the date/time with the Consultant. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 3/22 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
