Description
The Columbus County Schools is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified, licensed utility contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, testing, restoration, and incidentals necessary to construct approximately 1,960 linear feet of 3-inch off-site sewer force main extending from East View School to the Town of Bolton's sewer collection station. The project consists of the installation of the force main, excavation, trenching, pipe installation, connections, fittings, boring where required, backfill, restoration, erosion control, testing, inspections, and all work shown in the attachments.
• The contractor must be a licensed NC contractor with utility experience, insurance, OSHA compliance, and references for similar work.
• The proposal must include company information, license, insurance, price proposal, schedule, references, subcontractors, and acknowledgment of addenda.
• A mandatory site visit is required, and the contractor must contact Timmy Ward to schedule it.
