Description
The Troy School District is seeking a vendor to provide professional office space for the Oakland County Michigan Works – Troy. The lease will be for a five-year period, beginning November 1, 2026, and ending October 31, 2031. The selected vendor will be required to provide a minimum of 7,000 square feet of office space, with access to public parking, public transportation, and internet, wireless, and telephone technology systems. The vendor will also be required to provide a cost proposal, including a 2-year cost history of pass-through items.
• The office space must be located within the City of Troy, with public transportation access and public parking availability.
• The vendor must provide a kitchen facility with running water accessibility.
• The vendor must provide at least 4 bathrooms for staff members and customers.
• The vendor must provide a proposed schedule of work and deadlines to ensure space availability.
• The vendor must provide a readiness of facility.
