Description
The Eastpointe Community Schools is seeking bids for asbestos abatement services at Eastpointe High School and Bellview Elementary School. The project involves the removal and disposal of asbestos thermal system insulation and non-asbestos insulation materials prior to building renovation activities. The scope of work includes completing the projects in April and May 2026.
• The bidder must provide a sworn statement disclosing any familial relationship with the Board of Education or the Superintendent of the School District.
• The bidder must provide a sworn statement certifying that they are not an Iran-linked business.
• The bidder must include sworn and notarized copies of the familial relationship disclosure statement and affidavit of compliance with the Iran Sanction Act.
• The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids either in whole or in part or to waive any informalities or irregularities that may be in the best interest of the School District.
