Description
The Cumberland County Animal Services is seeking bids for the provision of animal medications, supplies, and diagnostic tests. The awarded vendor will be responsible for providing high-quality products that meet all applicable federal and state veterinary regulations. The contract will have an initial term of three years, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. The vendor must provide medications, medical supplies, and diagnostic tests used in the routine and emergency veterinary care of animals housed at the Animal Shelter.
• The vendor must supply products as requested by the shelter's staff.
• All products must be new, unused, and compliant with applicable federal and state veterinary regulations.
• The vendor must process and deliver orders requested by shelter staff within 5 days.
• The vendor must provide product documentation such as invoices, lot numbers, and expiration dates with each order.
