Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Hologic 3D Quorum Imaging Workstation to be installed in the Mammography suite in Bldg. 126, Room E126. The workstation must be fully compatible with the current Hologic 3 Dimension Mammography unit and have the latest IT and security patches. The contractor shall provide and be responsible for the technical assistance, development, and generation for final specifications. The delivery of the workstation should be within 60 calendar days after receipt of the order. Key features of the workstation include the ability to reconstruct high-resolution 3D data, reduce file size, and identify clinically relevant regions of interest during the reconstruction process.
• The workstation must be able to reduce file size to 50% or less to make it easier to store in PACS and faster file transfer.
• The workstation must maintain a minimum of 70-micron pixel resolution on the reconstructed images.
• The contractor shall provide an authorization letter or other document(s) from the Original Equipment Manufacturer dated within 90 calendar days stating they are an Authorized Dealer, Authorized Distributor or Authorized Reseller for the proposed equipment/system.
• The contractor shall submit an original invoice and three copies (or electronic invoice, if authorized) to the address designated in the contract to receive invoices.
