Description
The County of Los Angeles, Department of Children & Family Services, is seeking a lease of five new Xerox W110 scanners (brand‑only) for its WIC 827 project. The lease term is 12 months with optional extensions up to two additional years, priced at fair market value. The scanners must meet specific hardware and software specifications, include a three‑year maximum warranty (renewable annually), and the vendor must provide full service, on‑site next‑business‑day support, data‑wipe at lease end, and training. No refurbished or remanufactured units are accepted. Delivery is weekday only, with a required certificate of insurance and inside delivery. The vendor must also handle installation, network integration, removal of packing, and provide loaner equipment if repairs exceed one week.
