Notice of intent to sole source polyurethane, gloss white #17925

The Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division, intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order for a specific type of polyurethane, gloss white #17925. The required product is a two-component topcoat for aircraft and support equipment, conforming to MIL-PRF-85285, Type I, Class H, Form M. The Government plans to acquire this supply under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. • The purchase order is for 75 one-gallon kits of the specified polyurethane. • The product must have a minimum shelf life of 14 months upon delivery. • Interested parties can submit a capability statement for consideration, which must include sufficient detail for the Government to assess the ability to meet all requirements. • The capability statement must be emailed to Jeremy Gragilla by the deadline.
