Airsoft Weapons for the Active Threat Training

The United States Navy is seeking a vendor to provide Airsoft weapons and associated equipment for the purpose of conducting realistic Active Threat Training for all Naval Security Forces (NSF) personnel. The required equipment includes M4 gas blowback fully articulable airsoft rifles, M4 magazines, M18 gas blowback fully articulable airsoft pistols, M18 magazines, large containers of biodegradable airsoft ammunition, and full head and face shields. The contractor will be required to deliver the complete Airsoft systems to multiple OCONUS locations. • The equipment must meet the requirements of Threat Bulletin (TB) 3-26.1-23 and CNIC M-3502.2 CH-2. • The contractor must provide the required equipment to each installation, with quantities specified in the solicitation. • The contractor must deliver the equipment to the specified locations, including Naval Support Activity (NSA) Naples, Italy, Naval Air Station (NAS) Sigonella, Italy, and others. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to international trade and customs.
