Description
The City of Merced is establishing an on‑call consultant list to provide planning, environmental, and project support services for a wide range of municipal projects (residential, commercial, public, industrial). Firms will submit qualifications, experience, methodology, and fee schedules; selected consultants will be eligible for future, task‑by‑task assignments under individually negotiated Professional Services Agreements. No guaranteed minimum work volume is provided.
• Covers land‑use planning, CEQA/NEPA environmental reviews, transportation analysis, architectural/landscape design, and marketing graphics.
• Requires three recent project examples per discipline, references, organizational chart, resumes, and a three‑page methodology per discipline.
• Submissions are due Nov 26 2025 (hard‑copy 5 copies + electronic PDF), with questions due Oct 24 2025 and award notification Jan 2 2026.
