Description
The Belknap County is seeking a qualified firm to provide fire sprinkler system inspections, testing, maintenance, and emergency call services in accordance with NFPA 25. The selected contractor will ensure all sprinkler systems are inspected, tested, and maintained in compliance with applicable NFPA, State Fire Marshal, and local code requirements. The scope of work includes routine inspections and testing, maintenance and repairs, emergency call services, and documentation and reporting. The contractor must be licensed and insured to perform fire sprinkler inspection and maintenance in the State of New Hampshire, and have at least five years of relevant experience providing similar services for institutional or government facilities.
• Must provide quarterly, annual, and five-year inspections as required by code
• Must provide repair services for identified deficiencies in compliance with NFPA 25 and applicable codes
• Must provide 24-hour on-call emergency service for sprinkler system issues at all listed County facilities
• Must provide digital copies of all inspection and service reports within five business days of service
• Must maintain records consistent with NFPA 25 and make them available upon request by the Facilities Director or local fire authorities
