Request for Qualifications for Independent Cost Estimator (ICE)

The Nebraska Department of Transportation (NDOT) is seeking to select an Independent Cost Estimator (ICE) for Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) or Progressive Design-Build (PDB) Alternative Delivery Methods. The ICE will provide production-based comparative cost known as an Opinion of Probable Construction Costs (OPCCs) and the associated schedule.
